Om die methodes door te geven aan andere professionals, richtte hij gaaf.care en gaaf.education op. Maar de trainingen van gaaf zijn meer dan het bijbrengen van technische vaardigheden. Persoonlijk leiderschap, groei, en open-mindedness zijn onlosmakelijk met elke opleiding verbonden. "Wij triggeren mensen”, aldus Maarten. “Voor iets openstaan betekent ook kwetsbaarheid tonen. De tandartsen die wij graag bij elkaar krijgen, zijn tandartsen die een vrije geest hebben".
